Welcome to NadsTaxi Dublin. By booking our taxi or courier services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings

 

• • Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our online booking form.

• • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• • Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details.

2. Pricing & Payments

 

• • Fares are calculated by aprroved sealed taxi meter

• • Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• • We accept multiple payment methods (cash, card, contactless, online).

• • All payments must be completed at the end of the journey unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

• • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup will not incur a fee.

• • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

• • For courier deliveries, cancellations after collection cannot be refunded.

4. Waiting Time & Delays

 

• • Drivers will wait up to 5 minutes at the pickup point (unless otherwise agreed).

• • Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

• • NadsTaxi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Luggage & Parcels

 

• • Customers are responsible for ensuring luggage or parcels are safely packed and labeled.

• • NadsTaxi is not liable for damage to items unless caused by negligence.

• • Hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items will not be transported.

6. Wheelchair & Special Requests

 

• • Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAV) are available upon request at booking.

• • Special requirements should be mentioned in advance to ensure proper arrangements.

7. Liability

 

• • NadsTaxi Dublin will take all reasonable care to provide safe and reliable service.

• • We are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or losses resulting from delays beyond our control.

• • Customers must ensure they have sufficient travel time when booking airport transfers.

8. Customer Conduct

 

• • Passengers must respect drivers and vehicles at all times.

• • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.

• • NadsTaxi reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger in breach of these rules.
